MISSION

– Rebranding make up section in all Kruidvat stores.
– Installation of new Kruidvat make up unit
– Applying new floorplan by moving, installation, adapting make up units for all available make up brands @ Kruidvat to increase sales
Installation of POS materials to increase visibility

SOLUTION

– Sarawak was responsible for the coordination between all concerned make up brands.
– In 5 weeks, time 12 teams of 3 merchandisers visited all 276 Kruidvat stores to install in total 1345 new make-up units, they returned 1172 make up units back to the Sarawak Warehouse where the logistic team reorganized/updated 358 make up units to the latest seasons priorities.
