We promote the well-being and vitality of our employees by monitoring work stress, organising awareness campaigns and encouraging healthier choices. Initiatives such as nudging for healthier lifestyles and the ergonomic working project are part of this.

SDG 8: Talent development

We invest in developing the talents of our employees and create opportunities for people distanced from the labor market. This includes internships, training programmes for active employees and cooperation with regional educational institutions.

We focus on environmentally friendly logistics processes and services. We do this by continuously innovating and making our logistics supply chain more sustainable, both within our organisation and with our partners.

SDG 13: Climate Action

We take measures to reduce our CO2 emissions with the aim of operating carbon neutrally. We achieve this by greening our accommodation policy, investing in renewable energy, local purchasing and sustainable waste collection and processing.

We develop partnerships to create added value and work together towards sustainable goals. Our approach focuses on creating impact through collaboration throughout the chain.
