MISSION

– Supply Beauty Consultants for replacements of team members and extra support during key periods
– Support the store teams in general sales

SOLUTION

– Weekly support in different Ici Paris XL stores allover Belgium
– Counting on more than 450 trained beauty consultants
– Suppling staff on short notice, even on the day of the request
– Knowledge of the stores and their preferred beauty consultants
– Training of beauty consultants by multi-brand and sales trainings at the Sarawak office
– Realtime reporting platform for Ici Paris XL to check number of requirements per District Manager
