What is Outsourcing?
With our outsourcing service, Sarawak offers companies a flexible solution to expand their commercial, marketing or administrative support without hiring additional staff on their own payroll.
We work based on a clear service agreement. While daily management, planning, training and reporting remain under the client’s direction, we take care of all personnel administration: payroll processing, leave management and performance evaluations.
Are you satisfied with the collaboration as a client? Then there is the option to later transfer the professional to your own payroll.
What is Headhunting?
Headhunting is a proactive recruitment method where our specialized recruiters directly approach qualified candidates for specific vacancies.
In close consultation with the hiring manager, we define the desired profile together. Sarawak then actively searches for the best candidates and guides the client through the entire recruitment process: from interview planning and salary advice to onboarding.
With a successful placement, the candidate is directly employed by the client.
