Optimal instore execution for maximum impact
The challenge
Nutribel’s ambition went beyond simply being present on shelf. The goal was to ensure products are always perfectly presented and available in store: maximising visibility, eliminating out-of-stocks and improving the overall shopper experience at the point of sale.
With merchandising being a critical driver of brand impact, the focus from day one was on a structured and professional instore approach, in full alignment with both Nutribel and the Field Sales team of Sarawak Belux.
The approach
The collaboration started with a thorough alignment on Nutribel’s brand story and commercial objectives. This allowed the Merchandising team to work in full synergy with Nutribel and the Field Sales team, with the shared goal of making the most of every square metre on the shop floor.
A key element of this partnership is that our merchandisers go beyond shelf replenishment and visibility. They actively take orders on-site, which Nutribel then fulfils through direct delivery, ensuring continuous product availability at point of sale.
Our merchandisers carried out, among other things:
- Shelf replenishment and display building: ensuring products are always available and visible on shelf.
- Creating additional visibility: end-of-aisle displays, branded units and impactful point-of-sale materials placed where shoppers expect to find them.
- Order taking: our merchandisers take orders directly in store, after which Nutribel handles the delivery to the store itself.
- Real-time digital reporting: every instore action was logged digitally and reviewed daily, enabling immediate adjustments where needed. Nutribel has full transparency through the same reporting tool.
- Close collaboration: the Merchandising team works hand in hand with Nutribel and the Sarawak Belux Field Sales team, ensuring a true end-to-end approach.
The result & the future
Through structured instore execution, transparent reporting and continuous alignment with Field Sales, the presence of Nutribel products in store is professional and consistent. Shoppers can easily locate products, displays stand out and out-of-stock situations are kept to a minimum.
The ambition is to build further on this partnership and steadily grow Nutribel’s instore impact, keeping the brand consistently visible across Belgian retail.
