Strengthening brand visibility in Belgian retail

The challenge

Nutribel, a Belgian family business with 30 years of experience in organic food, wanted to further expand its presence in supermarkets. The goal: build structural brand visibility, strengthen store relationships and activate direct orders.

As this was a strategic expansion of their retail presence, the focus from the start was on a thorough alignment of expectations, priorities and objectives. This allowed Nutribel to be represented in stores in a consistent and professional manner.

The approach

Nutribel made a deliberate choice for a dedicated Field Sales approach: three Field Sales Representatives exclusively on the road for Nutribel, each a few days per week. Together, they represent the equivalent of one full-time team member, active across three regions.

They contact store managers directly, plan visits and bring the Nutribel story to life: the brand, the range and the added value on the shop floor.

Our approach included, among other things:

  1. Dedicated Field Sales: three Field Sales Representatives, exclusively for Nutribel, active across three regions.
  2. Visiting new and existing stores: direct contact with store managers, scheduling visits and taking concrete actions at each location.
  3. Creating and activating visibility: in-store or on-shelf installation, always linked to an order taken on the spot. After the installation, our merchandisers take over: they visit stores regularly to maintain displays, replenish shelves and follow up on orders.
  4. Merchandising follow-up: after installation, our merchandisers take over. They visit stores regularly to maintain displays, replenish shelves and follow up on orders.
  1. Real-time follow-up: together with Nutribel, regular reviews are held on which stores were visited, which installations were placed and where new opportunities lie. This allows the team to respond to retailer feedback and grow the brand in a structural way.

 

The result & the future

Through a clear strategy, dedicated presence and continuous follow-up, Sarawak Belux works alongside Nutribel towards a professional and consistent store representation. The focus is on strengthening store relationships, activating new points of sale and making the most of every opportunity in retail.

The ambition is to build further on this partnership and position Nutribel step by step even more strongly within Belgian retail.
