Our Beauty Consultants represent the various brands of the group in perfumeries such as Ici Paris XL, Paris, Galeria Inno and Douglas, where they enhance the customer experience with knowledge and enthusiasm.

In addition to advising and selling, our teams carry out fragrance spraying actions that stimulate the senses and invite customers to discover the world of L’Oréal. Every interaction becomes an invitation to explore, experience and be inspired, just as the brands intend.

 


Our Beauty Consultants are carefully trained and coached to authentically translate each brand’s story to the shop floor. They provide expert advice, strengthen brand awareness, and create opportunities for cross-selling and link-selling that elevate the overall experience.

Daily reporting via the Sarawak App, weekly analysis from the Project Manager, and monthly feedback sessions ensure consistent alignment between strategy and execution. Thanks to regular training, our teams stay up to date with new products, campaigns and innovations, allowing them to make a confident and impactful difference.
