Finally Candy

Finally Candy, a brand with a strong and distinctive story, was at the beginning of its introduction within the Belgian retail market.

The challenge was clear:
successfully introduce Finally Candy’s four references to Delhaize stores across Belgium, with a uniform brand message and a commercial approach that makes a difference at the point of sale.

As this was a new collaboration, the focus from the start was on a thorough alignment of expectations, ideas, and objectives, ensuring the brand could be brought to stores in a consistent and professional manner.

The Approach

The collaboration began with a strategic kick-off meeting, where Finally Candy’s vision, ambitions, and commercial objectives were established. This strategy was then translated into a concrete sales approach for the field.

During a field meeting, Finally Candy visited in person to clearly explain the brand story. This allowed our representatives to be fully immersed in the brand’s DNA and the story behind the products. This created extra engagement and made it possible to approach the stores with conviction and expert knowledge.

Armed with samples and professional one-pagers provided by the client, our sales representatives were able to engage in targeted and credible conversations with store managers.
Our approach included:
1. A complete national store visit: every Delhaize store in Belgium was visited.
2. Introduction of the four references at each Delhaize point, focusing on listing and placement.
3. An active sales drive with continuous monitoring of figures, allowing for adjustments during the campaign where necessary.
4. Full transparency for the client via a clear dashboard with live access to results, supplemented by access to the picture portal for visual reporting from the field.

 

The Result & The Future

Thanks to strong preparation, close collaboration, and continuous follow-up, we successfully introduced Finally Candy within the Delhaize network in a professional and consistent manner.

This first sales drive laid a solid foundation for the future. The ambition is to further deepen the collaboration and, together with Finally Candy, step-by-step position the brand even more strongly within the Belgian retail market.
