In an impressive turnaround time of just three weeks, ten teams of dedicated merchandisers visited 281 Kruidvat stores across Belgium every day. With precision and teamwork, all old Catrice units were replaced with brand-new ones.

Our merchandisers work with great accuracy and follow a well-thought-out system that combines speed and quality. The old display is temporarily placed next to the new one, allowing products to be transferred efficiently and carefully. For us, efficiency is key.
Behind the scenes, flawless logistical planning and targeted training for both drivers and merchandisers ensured that this large-scale project ran smoothly.

Thanks to our reporting tool, the client can follow the entire project live: from daily progress updates to detailed store data and photo reports of each makeover. Everything is transparent and perfectly traceable from start to finish.
