A well-presented product not only sells better, it also enhances brand perception and customer satisfaction.

Our merchandising service focuses on three core elements: visibility, availability, and appeal. By restocking shelves daily, ensuring FIFO (first in, first out) rotation, and keeping displays spotless and on-brand, our merchandisers ensure the product offering always looks inviting and well-organized. This applies to both departing travelers in search of a last-minute gift and arriving passengers tempted by local delicacies or well-known global brands.
Our video featuring the Guylian collaboration perfectly illustrates how this approach works: a synergy of tastings and merchandising that reinforces one another. While the promoter engages passengers with a smile and a piece of chocolate, the merchandiser quietly ensures that the shelf remains fully stocked and visually aligned with brand standards.
